Terms of service

Using the service

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You may connect only accounts you own or are authorised to access. You are responsible for keeping your xsreturns sign-in secure.

Connected accounts

You authorise us to receive read-only data from the brokerage accounts you connect, through SnapTrade, to provide the service. You can disconnect at any time. Our access never includes trading or moving money.

Accuracy of reports

Reports are calculated from data supplied by your broker, SnapTrade and market data providers. We check that data and disclose known issues in each report, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or error-free. Sector labels are our own classifications. Past performance does not predict future results. Verify anything important against your broker’s official statements.

What you share

You decide what to share from your reports. Share cards show percentages only by default. You are responsible for what you post, and for not presenting your results in a misleading way.

Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse the service, interfere with it, or try to access data that isn’t yours.
• Don’t resell the service or scrape it at scale without our written permission.
• Don’t use it to break any law or anyone’s rights.

Fees

If you subscribe to a paid plan, the price and billing terms are shown before you pay. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Ownership

You own your data. We own the service, its software and its design. You give us permission to process your data only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including investment losses or decisions made using the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. The sections on accuracy, disclaimers and liability survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect. Questions go to support@xsreturns.com.
